At Network International School, Yangon, we recognise that participating in sport plays an important role in the development of students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We offer a wide range of sporting opportunities for our students to get involved in and enable them to showcase their skills in both competitive and friendly matches, both inside and outside school.

Participating in sports at Network not only helps students with their physical fitness, but also teaches them important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and discipline. Our sports programme provides a great platform for students to boost their self-esteem, increase self-confidence, and improve their mental health. Additionally, being part of a sports team at Network can provide students with a sense of belonging and community, helping to build friendships and create a positive school experience.

Furthermore, playing sports can also prepare students for future challenges and opportunities by teaching them how to set goals, work hard, and persevere through difficulties. Please check back regularly to stay up-to-date with all the exciting sports action, and be sure to show your support for our student athletes at their next fixture!
