Teaching Positions Available
Network International School – Secondary Phase: There will be 2 vacancies for qualified secondary phase teachers from August 2012.
Network International School is at the start of an exciting initiative as we move forward into secondary education with the first cohort of students being presented for iGCSE in 2015/16. We are looking to appoint qualified secondary school teachers in English & Humanities and Mathematics & Science. As the School is developing this phase of teaching, those appointed to these 2 posts, will have the exciting opportunity of making a significant contribution to the future direction of the school through being involved in the planning and decision making processes in these key curriculum areas.
The school enjoys small class sizes and every class has a very high level of support from national teaching assistants. As the Secondary School grows and becomes more established, there is potential for these posts to give rise to further career development and promotion into leadership positions within the school.

Network International School enjoys a well established and strong reputation amongst the ex-pat and local communities within Myanmar as a school that promotes teaching and learning where the child is at the heart of the learning experience. We are looking to appoint qualified primary teachers who share the same ethos and who are looking for the opportunity to work in a friendly and child focused establishment.
The school enjoys small class sizes and a high ratio of additional class/teaching support from the national teaching assistants.
An applicant:
- Must be fully qualified as a generalist Primary School teacher (not just ESL).
- Must be a native-speaker of English
- Should preferably have at least 3 years teaching experience as a primary teacher.
Experience with the British Curriculum would be an advantage.
